Distance sensor DT80: Maximum precision, even at great distances

SICK - At the SPS 2023 (November 14 – 16, Hall 7A, Booth 340), SICK will present the new optical distance sensor DT80. Specified for ranges of up to 80 meters, the time-of-flight sensor stands out for its high accuracy and resolution. Thanks to a completely new usability concept, configuring the DT80 is quick and easy – via the symbol-based sensor display, the configuration software SOPAS, or an IO link.

SICK’s Extended Ruler3000 Family Focuses on the Finest Details

SICK - SICK has expanded its next-generation Ruler3000 family to focus the outstanding speed and precision of its top-flight 3D streaming cameras on the finest details of high-quality, high-resolution 3D inspection and measurement tasks. With the launch of three compact cameras, as well as an additional mid-range variant, the Ruler3000 cameras now span fields of view between 26.6mm and 1680mm, down to heights of 0.8 micrometers.

Without instruction: AGCs navigate independently with the multiScan1xx

SICK - SICK launches the compact and precise multiScan100 3D LiDAR sensor. This is one way the company is supporting the development of autonomous industrial vehicles both in- and outdoors and increasing its focus on digital software solutions to offer customers additional benefits beyond pure measurement data.

Deep Learning accessible and easy-to-use with SICK’s anomaly detection tool

SICK - SICK has enabled its easy-to-use anomaly detection tool within Intelligent Inspection toolset, part of the SICK Nova SensorApp, across its entire range of InspectorP6xx 2D vision sensors, making it easy for users to master complex applications with unpredictable defects such as: surface, weld, glue, soldering and injection mold tool inspection. Especially where they may have previously defied automation using rule-based vision systems.

safeVisionary2 3D ToF camera – pushing forward into the third dimension of safety technology

SICK - With the safeVisionary2, SICK is launching the world’s first 3D Time-of-Flight (ToF) camera with safety certification performance level c in accordance with EN13849. The 3D time-of-flight camera enables reliable three-dimensional environment perception as well as productivity-enhancing safety concepts, for instance for the automation of mobile robots and in human-robot collaboration.
