Productivity.be - In China wordt de laatste hand gelegd aan een plant om op industriële schaal FeedKind te maken – een proteïne dat kan dienen als voeding voor vissen en vee. Volgens Black & Veatch dat de plant zal runnen, is het de eerste fabriek voor biofermentatie op dergelijke schaal wereldwijd. Biofermentatie wordt beschouwd als een belangrijke schakel in het duurzamer maken van voedingsketens.
