ACROBAT zet belangrijke stap in de recyclage van LFP-batterijen
VITO - Elektrificatie ter vervanging van fossiele brandstoffen is een noodzaak. Daarvoor hebben we batterijen nodig, en batterijen zijn nog altijd de zwakke schakel. Ze bevatten immers kritieke grondstoffen die gerecycleerd moeten worden om duurzaam te zijn. Het ACROBAT-consortium heeft technieken onderzocht om lithium-ijzerfosfaat- batterijen - kortweg LFP-batterijen - op een doeltreffende manier te recycleren.
